Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualifications: M.Sc. in Biotechnology or Biochemistry
- Experience: 2-6 years in QC Biologics, specifically in:
- Instrumentation
- Hematology
- Activity/Potency-Based Assays
- Biochemical Group
- Preferred Background: Experience in biological companies only
Key Skills and Responsibilities
We’re looking for candidates with strong technical expertise and a systematic approach to quality control. Key requirements include:
- Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience with HPLC and electrophoretic test methods
- Proficiency in cell-based test methods, including Colorimetric, Spectrophotometric, and ELISA-based techniques
- Ability to operate Spectrophotometer, microplate reader, microscope, basic QC instruments, and relevant 21CFR software
- Knowledge Areas:
- Understanding of GLP (Good Laboratory Practices) and GDP (Good Documentation Practices) compliance
- Familiarity with QMS (Quality Management System) elements such as OOS (Out of Specification), Incident Deviation, Change Control, etc.
- Basic knowledge of Analytical Method Validation
- Personal Attributes:
- Systematic and detail-oriented approach
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
