Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute product development for assigned projects, ensuring timelines and targets are met.
- Conduct literature searches for APIs and intermediates to develop patent non-infringing processes.
- Design specifications, perform lab validation, and conduct impurity profiling and stability studies.
- Generate technical packages and development reports compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate technology transfer from R&D to plant for commercialization, including troubleshooting and cost reduction initiatives.
- Perform technical assessments and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity in all R&D activities.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of organic chemistry and synthetic process development.
- Experience in API and intermediate development, including impurity profiling and stability studies.
- Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and technical report preparation.
- Ability to work collaboratively with analytical, production, and quality teams.
