We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager – QA/QC to lead quality assurance and control activities at our Vadodara facility. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in pharmaceutical quality systems and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
QA/QC Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to EU GMP, USFDA, and TGA regulations.
- Maintain compliance with internal quality standards and SOPs.
Audits:
- Manage and coordinate internal and external audits.
- Prepare audit responses and implement corrective actions.
Validation Activities:
- Oversee validation for cleaning, process, HVAC, and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with validation protocols and regulatory requirements.
Sampling & Testing:
- Supervise sampling, testing, and method validation activities.
- Ensure accurate and timely quality control testing.
Quality Management System (QMS):
- Manage change control, deviation, CAPA, and complaints.
- Drive continuous improvement in quality processes.
Microbiology:
- Conduct water analysis, environmental monitoring (EM), and method validation.
- Ensure microbiological compliance in manufacturing processes.
Required Skills
- In-depth knowledge of EU GMP, USFDA, and TGA guidelines.
- Hands-on experience with validation (cleaning, process, HVAC, equipment).
- Proficiency in QMS processes (change control, deviation, CAPA, complaints).
- Expertise in microbiological testing, including water analysis and environmental monitoring.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and audits.
- Familiarity with analytical techniques (e.g., HPLC, GC) is a plus.
