- Position: Research Scientist / Senior Research Scientist
- Qualification: M.Sc./M.Pharm/PhD/PhD + Post-Doctoral with 3+ years’ experience
- Key Responsibilities:
- Design and synthesize novel chemical entities for drug discovery programs.
- Conduct structure-activity relationship (SAR) studies to optimize lead compounds.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance drug development projects.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory safety and documentation standards.
Synthetic Chemistry
- Position: Research Associate / Senior Research Associate
- Qualification: M.Sc./PhD with 2+ years’ experience
- Key Responsibilities:
- Execute multi-step organic synthesis and purification of small molecules.
- Characterize compounds using analytical techniques (NMR, LCMS, HPLC).
- Maintain detailed laboratory records and contribute to project reports.
