Job Opportunity: Production Officer (Fresher)
We are seeking dedicated fresh graduates to join our Production Department as full-time, permanent Production Officers. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in API and bulk drug manufacturing in a cGMP-compliant environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Ensure safety and compliance with cGMP and SOPs in all operations.
- Maintain accurate documentation for production activities.
- Coordinate with QA/QC and other departments to streamline operations.
- Adhere to plant discipline and work in rotational shifts as required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: B.Sc. in Chemistry (2022–2025 pass-outs preferred).
- Experience: Freshers with no prior experience required.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in shifts and maintain plant discipline.
- Basic understanding of cGMP and safety protocols is a plus.
