Key Responsibilities
- Ensure alignment with company EHS objectives and policies.
- Advise on safety aspects for new technologies and processes.
- Implement corporate EHS guidelines across the site.
- Report all EHS near misses and incidents promptly.
- Escalate and resolve critical EHS issues effectively.
- Conduct regular plant safety walk-throughs to ensure compliance.
- Organize and lead quarterly Safety Committee meetings.
- Assist management in setting EHS goals and priorities.
- Prepare and distribute safety alerts and learnings.
- Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective/preventive actions.
- Oversee all EHS activities at the Nerul R&D site.
Eligibility
- Candidates must hold a B.E. degree with an Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety (ADIS).
- 4-7 years of relevant experience in EHS, preferably in a pharmaceutical or R&D setting.
- Strong knowledge of EHS regulations, incident investigation, and safety compliance.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
