Responsibilities
As a Sr. Executive or Executive in Flow Chemistry R&D, you’ll play a key role in advancing our research and development efforts. Your responsibilities will include:
- Selecting and modifying flow reactors for optimal performance
- Planning lab work and characterizing reaction systems (RS) and working standards (WS)
- Scaling up processes and preparing raw material (RM) specifications
- Conducting stability studies and impurity analysis
- Preparing development reports and managing technology transfer to production
- Performing risk analysis and overseeing shift manpower allocation
- Handling RM requisitions and coordinating with R&D and analytical teams
- Ensuring safety in all procedures and preparing detailed process documentation
