Key Responsibilities
Production Executive:
- Manage batch operations in API manufacturing.
- Handle equipment like reactors, centrifuges, and dryers.
- Ensure GMP-compliant documentation and shift operations.
Executive PD Lab:
- Conduct lab-scale reactions and process development for APIs.
- Interpret data and maintain accurate documentation.
- Support synthetic chemistry and R&D initiatives.
Process Engineer:
- Facilitate technology transfer and scale-up processes.
- Troubleshoot plant issues and optimize processes.
- Support implementation of new API products.
QC Executive:
- Perform analytical testing using HPLC, GC, UV, IR, and wet analysis.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain accurate documentation for quality control processes.
