Key Responsibilities
- Manage Affiliate Mailbox and reconcile safety reports per process.
- Perform case identification, data entry, and MedDRA coding for ICSRs.
- Process and submit Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) in the safety database.
- Conduct follow-ups for serious and non-serious cases per client guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements.
