Job Description
You will be aligned with Accenture’s Life Sciences R&D vertical, working across research laboratories, clinical trials support, regulatory services, pharmacovigilance, and patient services solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the Affiliate Mailbox.
- Reconciling reports as per process guidelines.
- Performing follow-up attempts for both Serious and Non-serious cases.
- Case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, case processing, submission, and follow-ups for ICSRs in the safety database following client guidelines and global regulatory requirements.
