Job Descriptions
Research Assistant / Research Associate (AD/QC-GLP)
- Experience: 2-4 years
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing validation, verification, and stability study protocols per regulatory guidelines.
- Compile and review project-related data.
- Manage document archival and retrieval.
- Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) in AD/QC.
Manager (QC Department)
- Experience: 10+ years
Responsibilities:
- Plan and review QC department samples and analytical data.
- Oversee QC analysis using LC-MS, GC-MS, GC, HPLC, UV, IR, ICP, particle size, wet lab, and chemical analysis.
- Verify Certificates of Analysis (CoA) for QC results.
- Lead investigations for Out of Specification (OOS), Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), deviations, change controls, and Quality Management System (QMS) activities.
- Guide team members, ensure lab discipline, meet timelines, and provide training on advanced technologies.
