We’re looking for a skilled QC Microbiologist to support our Quality Control team at our Abu Dhabi facility. This full-time, permanent role offers a chance to work in a dynamic environment adhering to cGMP standards.

Key Responsibilities
As a QC Microbiologist, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring product quality and compliance. Your duties will include:
- Preparing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Quality Management System (QMS) documents for the microbiology department.
- Performing microbiology lab analyses and managing QMS action items (e.g., change controls, deviations, CAPA, OOS, OOT).
- Executing document control activities to support QMS implementation per cGMP guidelines.
- Maintaining the microbiology lab to meet cGMP standards and preparing for regulatory inspections.
- Assisting in preparing test solutions, microbial cultures, growth media, and isolating microorganisms.
- Conducting sampling for water, equipment hold time, cleaning validation, and environmental monitoring.
- Supporting analytical tasks (e.g., petri plate preparation, autoclaving, labeling, data collection).
- Preparing trend analyses for water samples and environmental monitoring data.
- Performing additional GMP tasks as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
We’re seeking candidates with the following qualifications and skills:
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Microbiology, Pharmacy, or Chemistry.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in a microbiology department within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Skills:
- Knowledge of cGMP regulations and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Proficiency in SAP.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
