Open Position: Research Associate – Strain & Protein Engineering Lab
- Location: Thane, Mumbai
- Qualification: Specialization in Molecular Biology, Gene Cloning, Protein Expression
- Experience: 0-2 years with molecular biology techniques; prior research or equipment operation experience advantageous
Skills:
- Proficiency in PCR, qPCR, cloning, recombinant protein expression, gene expression analysis, and protein assays.
- Familiarity with expression platforms and lab safety protocols.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, analyze data using statistical methods, and troubleshoot issues.
Job Profile:
- Experimental Design and Execution: Plan and conduct molecular biology experiments; prepare reagents, samples, and equipment; develop and optimize protocols.
- Data Analysis and Interpretation: Analyze data, interpret results, and document findings in reports, papers, and presentations.
- Lab Management: Maintain equipment, ensure safety compliance, and manage supplies and documentation.
- Research and Development: Stay updated on molecular biology advancements and contribute to new project designs.
