Work Profile
The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing all legal affairs within Agilus Diagnostics Limited. This includes managing both internal and external legal concerns and proactively working to safeguard the organization from legal risks.
Responsibilities
As an Executive / Sr. Executive – Legal & Compliances, your key duties will include:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and other legal documents
- Handling drafting and negotiation of service agreements, commercial contracts, NDAs, lease deeds, general agreements, legal notices, and tie-ups across various verticals
- Conducting in-depth research on Indian and international laws
- Negotiating with opposing parties and evaluating risk factors in agreements
- Communicating complex legal matters in a clear and understandable manner
Qualifications and Requirements
Educational Qualifications
- LLB or LLM
Experience
- 5-6 years of relevant experience, preferably in Pharmaceuticals, Diagnostics, or Healthcare
Other Desirable Skills
- Fluent verbal communication
- Superior writing skills
- Extensive legal research capabilities
- Substantive knowledge of law and legal procedures
