Position: Manager/Senior Manager – International Business
Reporting To: Deputy General Manager – International Business
Location: Gurugram
Number of Positions: 1

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and potential markets for pathology services and products internationally.
• Operations Management: Oversee international operations, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals and compliance with local regulations.
• Revenue Achievement: Achieve revenue targets by providing market insights and tailored solutions for local markets.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all international business activities comply with local laws, medical standards, and regulations.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product development, customer service, and finance, to support international initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in international business development, sales & marketing, specifically in the hospital setup.

Desired Skills:

• Strong knowledge of the global healthcare and hospital market, including trends, regulations, and competitive landscape.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams in a global environment.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, think strategically, and drive business results.
