Available Positions

We are hiring for the following roles in our Research & Development (R&D) and Analytical Development Lab (ADL) at Avania, Bhavnagar:

1. Executive – R&D & ADL

• Location: Avania, Bhavnagar
• Experience: 0–5 years (Freshers with M.Sc./B.Sc. welcome)
• Qualification: M.Sc. (Chemistry or related field)
• Total Vacancies: 10

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct scientific experiments based on literature reviews, patents, or research papers
• Develop new analytical methods (instrumental and wet analysis) using available resources or literature
• Support analytical research using tools like GC, HPLC, and Reaction Calorimeters
• Document findings and ensure compliance with research protocols

2. Deputy Manager/Manager – R&D

• Location: Avania, Bhavnagar
• Experience: 2–5 years
• Qualification: Ph.D. in Chemistry
• Total Vacancies: 4

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct literature surveys for new and existing product development
• Actively scan external environments to identify ideas for new products and technologies relevant to Agrocel’s business
• Plan and execute new product development, defining technical specifications based on marketing requirements
• Lead process improvements to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction
• Mentor junior team members and drive innovation in R&D projects

Additional Notes

• Fresher Candidates: M.Sc. and B.Sc. freshers are encouraged to attend the interview.
• Preferred Candidates: Experience in CDMO, API, or specialty chemicals is a plus but not mandatory.
