Job Description

Machine Operations:

• Gain hands-on exposure to pharmaceutical machines, including granulation (e.g., RMG, FBD), compression (e.g., tablet presses), coating (e.g., AutoCoater), and packing (e.g., blister, Alu-Alu)
• Assist in setup, operation, and cleaning of equipment under supervision
• Learn to troubleshoot minor mechanical issues in production lines

Documentation:

• Understand and assist in filling Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packing Records (BPR)
• Support documentation for in-process checks and equipment logs
• Ensure compliance with cGMP standards

Process Learning:

• Learn production workflows for liquid orals and OSD (tablets, capsules)
• Follow SOPs for equipment handling, cleaning, and validation
• Participate in training for USFDA/MHRA regulatory compliance

Shift Work:

• Work in rotational shifts as per production schedules
• Maintain safety and hygiene standards in the manufacturing area

Key Skills

• Basic understanding of mechanical systems and pharmaceutical equipment
• Willingness to learn granulation, compression, coating, and packing processes
• Attention to detail for BMR/BPR documentation
• Familiarity with cGMP and SOPs (training provided)
