Job Description

Ajanta Pharma is conducting a walk-in drive in Guwahati to hire skilled professionals for its state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Dahej, Gujarat.

Openings span production, packing, quality control, quality assurance, warehouse, and maintenance departments. These roles require hands-on experience in OSD formulations and regulatory-compliant operations.

Associate/Operator – Manufacturing/Packing

• Department: Manufacturing/Packing
• Role: OSD operations including granulation, coating, compression, packing
• Experience: 2–10 years
• Education/Qualification: 10th, 12th + ITI, Diploma, D.Pharm (Mandatory)

Sr. Officer/Officer – Manufacturing/Packing

• Department: Manufacturing/Packing
• Role: OSD manufacturing and packing operations oversight
• Experience: 2–8 years
• Education/Qualification: B.Pharm/M.Pharm

Sr. Officer/Officer – Production (MES PAS-X)

• Department: Production
• Role: MES system management and integration
• Experience: 2–8 years
• Education/Qualification: B.Pharm/M.Pharm/B.E

Sr. Officer/Officer – Quality Control

• Department: Quality Control
• Role: Analytical testing of FP, RM, in-process, stability samples
• Experience: 2–8 years
• Education/Qualification: B.Sc/M.Sc/B.Pharm/M.Pharm

Sr. Officer/Officer – Quality Assurance

• Role: AQA, APQR, validation, and IPQA activities

• Role: Equipment maintenance for manufacturing and packing lines

• Education/Qualification: B.E (Electrical) (Sr. Officer/Officer); ITI (Electrical/RFM) (Assistant)

Skills/Qualifications

• Exposure to OSD operations: granulation, compression, coating, capsule filling
• Primary & secondary packing (blister, sachet, cartonator, labelling)
• MES (PAS-X) expertise: MBR designing, troubleshooting, equipment integration
• Analytical skills in FP/RM testing, method validation, dissolution
• Knowledge of AQA, APQR preparation, validation protocols, IPQA
• Warehouse experience in pharma formulation materials
• Maintenance of granulation, compression, coating, blister machines
• Strong GMP documentation and compliance understanding

Key Responsibilities

• Operate granulation and compression machines
• Perform coating and capsule filling
• Execute blister and secondary packing
• Design and troubleshoot MES MBRs
• Integrate equipment with PAS-X
• Analyze finished products and stability samples
• Conduct IPQA and validation activities
• Prepare APQR and handle AQA
• Manage warehouse RM/PM/FG inventory
• Maintain manufacturing equipment and HVAC
