Detailed Job Descriptions and Responsibilities
Candidates will be responsible for maintaining the sophisticated equipment and systems at the Dahej formulation facility. A strong understanding of regulatory environments is crucial for success in these roles.
Maintenance (HVAC) – Sr. Officer/Executive
- Maintenance of AHU, Dehumidifier, and other HVAC equipment.
- Managing electrical panels and exposure to HVAC & BMS systems.
- Proficiency in PLC modification and electrical wiring is essential.
- Knowledge of HVAC validation and documentation is required.
- Must have experience in a USFDA regulated environment.
Maintenance (HVAC) – Assistant
- Hands-on maintenance of AHU, Dehumidifier, and HVAC equipment.
- Exposure to both HVAC & BMS systems.
- Should possess knowledge of PLC and electrical wiring.
- Experience in a USFDA environment is highly preferred.
Plant Maintenance – Electrical
- Responsible for maintenance activities in a pharmaceutical manufacturing plant.
- Hands-on experience with the maintenance of packing lines (Blister, Strip, Powder, and bulk line).
- Ensuring minimal downtime and efficient operation of electrical systems.
Plant Maintenance – Fitter
- Accountable for maintenance activities within the pharmaceutical plant.
- Experience in preventive maintenance of equipment is necessary.
- Familiarity with Granulation, Compression, Coating, and Pellet coating machinery.
Key Requirements for All Applicants
- Preference will be given to candidates with exposure to regulatory documentation requirements like eGMP/GDP.
- Only candidates currently working with USFDA/MHRA approved facilities should attend.
- Applicants who have interviewed in the last six months are not eligible.
