Key Responsibilities
- Quality Assurance:
- Manage change control, deviations, and QMS
- Ensure audit compliance and validate processes
- Review BMR and perform cleaning validation
- Quality Control/QC (Micro):
- Test stability and finished products
- Conduct microbiological testing (MLT, BET, sterility)
- Handle HPLC, GC, UV, and other analytical instruments
- Production (Injection/OSD):
- Oversee manufacturing and packing operations
- Ensure compliance with cGMP and QMS
- Operate granulation, compression, and filling equipment
- Engineering:
- Maintain HVAC, plant equipment, and utilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
- Support process equipment troubleshooting
- R&D – Pharma & Nutra:
- Conduct formulation development (F&D)
- Perform analytical research and development (ARD)
- Support method validation and technology transfer
