Job Criteria
We are looking for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development, particularly in Southeast Asian markets.
Qualifications
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Any other science stream.
- Candidates with a management degree will be given preference.
Experience
- 10+ years in business development, including at least 3 years focused on Southeast Asia markets.
- Significant experience managing operations in SEA markets such as Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia, and Hong Kong.
Key Responsibilities and Skills
- Independently manage and travel across Southeast Asian regions for business development.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of B2B business dynamics.
- Possess excellent negotiation skills and a solid grasp of business contracts.
- Understand regulatory frameworks in SEA markets.
- Increase market presence and drive deal closures in the region.
- Leverage established contacts and in-depth knowledge of SEA countries’ cultural, economic, and policy landscapes.
- Exposure to B2C business is an added advantage.
