Qualifications:
- Educational Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Experience: 5-8 years in a relevant field, especially in plant maintenance or utility maintenance
- Desired Expertise: Experience in handling equipment and systems in OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) manufacturing plants will be highly preferred.
Job Role and Responsibilities:
As a Jr. Officer in the Engineering Department, your role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth functioning of production operations. The key responsibilities include:
- Plant / Process Maintenance (Mechanical):
- Responsible for the maintenance and support of key machinery, including granulation, compression, coating, and blister machines.
- Troubleshooting and ensuring optimal functionality of production equipment.
- Utility Maintenance (Electrical):
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of utilities like chillers, compressors, boilers, and DG sets.
- Ensuring that all utility systems function efficiently to support production operations.
- Collaboration with Departments:
- Work closely with the operations and production teams to ensure minimal downtime and maintain production targets.
- Adhere to safety protocols and perform regular checks to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
