Eligibility:
- B.E / B.Tech (Chemical Engineering) / M.Sc. / B.Sc.
- 1 to 5 years of relevant experience
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure manufacturing as per cGMP guidelines
- Handle key equipment: reactor, centrifuge, blender, sifter, multi-mill, etc.
- Documentation as per regulatory standards (Change Control, Deviations)
- Troubleshoot technical challenges and ensure compliance with safety practices

Production Responsibilities:
- Manage granulation, compression, coating, pelletization, and capsule filling processes
Packing Responsibilities:
- Oversee blister packing, bulk/bottle packing, and ensure documentation accuracy
- Handle Track & Trace, serialization, and compliance

- Exposure to aseptic practices and documentation (GDP, GMP) is essential
Job Responsibilities:
- Handling of equipment: manufacturing skids, Fedegari autoclaves, isolators, lyophilizers, vial washing, ophthalmic/PFS filling, aseptic filtration, FFS, CIP/SIP, active freeze drying systems
- Execution of manufacturing activities as per SOP
- Operation, cleaning, sterilization, qualification, and maintenance of solution preparation systems
