Qualification: B. Pharm/ M. Pharm/ or Ph.D in analytical chemistry.
Job Responsibilities
- Overseeing the site quality control processes to ensure compliance with relevant cGMP.
- Ensuring effective and efficient control over quality of raw materials and finished products.
- Performing method transfers, validations, and process controls, ensuring adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Developing and implementing SOPs, policies, and procedures.
- Monitoring lab oratory operations to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Addressing the audit findings, ensuring quality checks of the production unit and processes.
- Ensuring the integrity and efficacy of the company’s output.
Specific responsibilities
- Ensuring a well-documented process, quality system, and the audit trails of the QC department.
- Managing the production and quality-control functions.
- Overseeing the entire analytical process, from sampling to finished goods, to ensure accuracy.
- Ensuring the quality of the product, process, and process controls.
- Ensuring the product quality, process, and production processes.
- Handling the audits and inspections as well as the CAPA (corrective and preventive action) of the quality control.
