Role Highlights
- Support manufacturing processes for solid oral dosage forms (tablets, capsules) and injectables.
- Operate and maintain production equipment under supervision (e.g., granulators, compression machines, vial filling lines).
- Perform tasks like equipment cleaning, documentation, and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Participate in training programs to develop technical skills in pharmaceutical production.
- Work in rotational shifts to support 24/7 manufacturing operations.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualifications: Diploma in Pharmacy, Mechanical, or Electrical (2024 or 2025 batch only).
- Experience: Freshers with no active backlogs or ATKT.
- Skills:
- Proficient in written and oral English communication.
- Basic understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes (preferred).
- Ability to clear technical and English proficiency tests during recruitment.
- Preferences: Willingness to work in rotational shifts, enthusiasm for learning, and commitment to quality.
- Work Location: Panelav and Karakhadi, Vadodara (on-site).
Recruitment Process
- Written Test: Assess technical knowledge and English proficiency.
- Personal Interview: Qualified candidates will be interviewed after test results are announced.
- Note: Only candidates who clear the written test will proceed to the interview stage.
