Walk-In Interview Details

• Date: Tuesday, July 8, 2025
• Time: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• Venue & Job Location: Alivus Life Sciences Limited, Plot No. Z/103/I, SEZ II, Dahej, Taluka Vagra, Bharuch, Gujarat – 392130

Required Documents:

• Updated resume (2 copies)
• Original and photocopies of educational certificates (Graduate/Post Graduate/Diploma/B.E/B.Tech)
• Last 3 months’ payslips and latest increment letter

Note:

• Candidates must have experience in API or formulation plants with exposure to regulatory requirements (USFDA, EU-GMP).
• Candidates interviewed at Alivus/Glenmark Life Sciences in the last 6 months are ineligible.

Warehouse/Store

• Designation: Officer / Senior Officer / Executive
• Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate (B.Com, B.Sc, M.Sc, or related fields)
• Experience: 2–10 years in API/formulation warehouse management
• Vacancies: Multiple (exact number TBD)

Responsibilities:

• Manage dispensing of raw materials, packing materials, and solvents.
• Oversee inventory control and storage per cGMP standards.
• Handle Quality Management System (QMS) processes, including documentation for deviations and CAPA.
• Support regulatory audits with accurate inventory records.

Key Skills:

• Experience in warehouse operations and solvent handling in API/formulation plants.
• Knowledge of QMS, SAP, and regulatory documentation.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Engineering Maintenance

• Designation: Officer / Senior Officer / Executive
• Qualification: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience: 2–10 years in chemical/API plant maintenance
• Vacancies: Multiple (exact number TBD)

Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance of API equipment (reactors, dryers, centrifuges) and utility systems (boilers, chillers, HVAC).
• Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
• Maintain documentation per cGMP and regulatory standards (USFDA, EU-GMP).
• Support equipment qualification and validation processes.

Key Skills:

• Hands-on experience with API plant equipment and utilities.
• Knowledge of cGMP and regulatory compliance.
• Troubleshooting and documentation skills.
