We are hiring for the following positions at our Dahej Plant, with a preference for candidates from petrochemical/chemical continuous process manufacturing:
Assistant Engineer/Engineer – Technology (Multiple Positions)
- Experience: 4–6 years in chemical industries.
- Qualification: B.E. in Chemical Engineering.
- Gender: Both male and female candidates eligible.
Responsibilities:
- Support technology transfer and process optimization for amine production.
- Conduct scale-up activities and troubleshoot process issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety, cGMP, and environmental standards.
- Collaborate with R&D for process improvements.
Assistant Engineer/Engineer – SIC (Shift In-Charge) (Multiple Positions)
- Experience: 5–8 years in chemical industries.
- Qualification: B.E. in Chemical Engineering.
- Gender: Both male and female candidates eligible.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee shift operations for continuous process manufacturing.
- Monitor distillation, heat exchangers, and safety protocols.
- Manage shift teams and ensure production targets are met.

Officer – Controller (Multiple Positions)
- Experience: 4–6 years in chemical industries.

Qualifications and Eligibility
To be eligible for these roles, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Education:
- Engineer Roles: B.E. in Chemical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Officer/Trainee Roles: Diploma in Chemical Engineering.
Experience:
- Engineer – Technology: 4–6 years.
- Engineer – SIC: 5–8 years.
- Officer – Controller/Field: 4–6 years.
- Trainee – Production: Freshers (2023–2025 pass-outs).
Skills:
- Knowledge of continuous process manufacturing, distillation, and heat exchangers.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and cGMP standards.
