Ami Lifesciences is conducting a walk-in drive to hire experienced professionals for its API manufacturing facility at Karakhadi. Multiple openings are available across Production, Engineering (Maintenance, Instrumentation & Utility), and Quality Control departments.
Production Executive / Officer
- Department: Production

Engineering (Maintenance / Instrumentation / Utility)
- Department: Engineering

- Role: Engineer – Maintenance, Instrumentation & Utility
- Experience: 3–8 years in API Industry
- Education/Qualification: B.Tech Mechanical or Instrumentation Engineering
Quality Control Chemist / Officer

Skills/Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in API/Bulk Drug manufacturing
- Strong knowledge and exposure to cGMP and regulatory standards
- Experience in batch start-up, monitoring, and documentation
- Familiarity with HPLC, GC, wet analysis, and lab software
- Calibration and troubleshooting of instruments/equipment
- Preparation and review of SOPs, BMR, validation protocols
- GLP-compliant documentation and audit-ready records
- Preventive & corrective maintenance of mechanical/utility systems
Key Responsibilities
- Execute API production batches with zero deviations
- Monitor reactors, filtration, drying, and milling operations
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of equipment
- Calibrate and troubleshoot instrumentation & control systems
- Operate utilities: boilers, chillers, compressors, HVAC
- Conduct HPLC, GC, and wet chemical analysis
- Test raw materials, in-process, and finished products
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and stability studies
- Ensure 100% regulatory and safety compliance
