R&D Synthesis

• Qualification: M.Sc. Organic Chemistry / Ph.D. Chemistry
• Experience: 1–5 years in API Industry

ADL

• Qualification: M.Sc. Organic/Analytical Chemistry / M.Pharm
• Experience: 1–5 years in API Industry
• Age: 18 or Above

Skills & Responsibilities

• Experience in API synthesis, process development, and DMF filing
• Develop cost-effective, high-quality, eco-friendly processes as per ICH guidelines
• Optimize laboratory processes, validate products, and transfer technology
• Design specifications for KSM, intermediates, and APIs
• Proficient in NMR, Mass, IR characterization, and troubleshooting synthesis/impurity issues
• Prepare technical documentation for process development and technology transfer
• HPLC method development, validation, and review
• Prepare and review specifications and analysis methods
• GLP activities: calibration, qualification of instruments, and standards management
