We’re seeking an Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager to join our Quality Control (QC) department, focusing on pharmacokinetic (PK) modelling for New Chemical Entities (NCEs). This full-time, permanent role offers a chance to work with a thriving global pharmaceutical company.

Key Responsibilities
As a Pharmacokinetic Modelling and Simulation Scientist, you’ll drive drug development by:
- Developing, validating, and applying pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic models (PopPK and PBPK) to support drug programs.
- Conducting and presenting modelling and simulation (M&S) analyses to management and technical teams.
- Predicting human pharmacokinetics using in-silico, in-vitro, and in-vivo data, including dose scaling and profile prediction.
- Performing IVIVE (In Vitro-In Vivo Extrapolation) and IVIVC (In Vitro-In Vivo Correlation).
- Collaborating with preclinical, clinical, and regulatory teams to guide project decisions.
- Utilizing tools like WinNonlin, R, SAS, Matlab, Monolix, GastroPlus, Simcyp, and PK-Sim for M&S.
- Optimizing models for bioequivalence studies, sample size determination, and regulatory submissions.
- Supporting filings for NCEs, 505(b)(2), and generic products.
- Applying advanced statistical approaches for bioequivalence analysis and large-scale data handling.
- Refining PK modelling methodologies and communicating findings via presentations and reports (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Qualifications
We’re looking for candidates with the following credentials:
- Qualification: M.Pharm (Pharmacology).
- Experience: 2-10 years in pharmacokinetic modelling and simulation.
- Required Skills:
- Expertise in PopPK and PBPK modelling.
- Proficiency with software tools (WinNonlin, R, SAS, Matlab, etc.).
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
