Qualifications:
- Degree: M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry
- Experience: 3 to 6 years in the API Research & Development Department
Job Description:
- Develop multi-step synthesis processes for various projects in the R&D lab based on project requirements.
- Perform lab experiments to gather a thorough understanding of processes.
- Monitor validation batches in both R&D lab and plant settings.
- Troubleshoot issues that arise during commercial scale-up.
- Interpret and characterize compounds.
- Review daily verification and scheduled calibration performance.
- Prepare documentation related to R&D activities.
- Provide training to subordinates.
