Injectable Manufacturing – Compliance
- Position: Officer / Sr. Officer
- Qualification: B.Pharm
- Experience: Relevant experience in injectable manufacturing (regulated plant)
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Preparation and review of BMR (Batch Manufacturing Record) & BPR (Batch Packaging Record)
- Initiation and closure of Change Controls
- Execution and review of batch records
- Quality risk management procedures
- SOP preparation, revision, and implementation
- Compliance verification and gap identification
- Conducting and managing trainings (including DTC & training module creation)
- Investigation of deviations, OOS, OOT, and excursions
- Preparation of audit responses & CAPA; monitoring effectiveness
- Preparation of protocols and reports
Injectable Manufacturing – Investigation
- Position: Executive / Sr. Executive
- Qualification: B.Pharm
- Experience: 4 to 8 years
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Handling of deviation, OOS, OOT investigations
- Implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Monitoring and compliance reporting
- Reviewing executed batch records
Injectable Packing – Supervisor Roles
- Position 1: Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager
- Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Experience: 6 to 12 years
- Position 2: Officer / Executive
- Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Experience: 2 to 6 years
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Visual inspection (MVI and AVI) & supervision of packing line execution
- QMS-related work: change control, deviations, market complaint investigations, machine qualification/requalification
- Shift planning and execution for smooth operations
- Preparation of audit responses & compliance documentation
