Officer/Sr. Officer – Manufacturing Role Details

We seek experienced candidates for Officer and Senior Officer roles in our OSD Manufacturing department at SEZ Matoda, Ahmedabad. These positions require expertise in regulated plant operations.

• Qualifications: B.Pharm from a recognized institution.
• Experience: 2–6 years in OSD manufacturing for regulated markets.
• Location: SEZ Matoda, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in granulation, coating, compression, bottle packing, and capsules.
• Hands-on experience with RMG, FBE, FETTE/tablet compression machines, autocoaters, and bottle packing lines with track-and-trace systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment per SOPs.
• Execute granulation, compression, coating, and packing processes.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards.
• Perform in-process checks and maintain batch records.
• Support validation and quality assurance activities.
• Monitor production efficiency and report deviations promptly.
