We’re hiring QC Analysts to ensure the quality of OSD products (tablets, capsules, oral suspensions, ointments, powders) at our Rajoda and SEZ-Matoda plants, emphasizing regulatory compliance and analytical precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Sample Testing:
  • Test raw materials (RM), packing materials (PM), in-process, finished, and stability samples per SOPs and pharmacopeial standards (USP, EP, IP)
  • Analyze various OSD forms (tablets, capsules, oral suspensions, ointments, powders)
• Instrument Operation:
  • Operate and maintain analytical instruments: HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, Dissolution, Karl Fischer (KF), wet chemistry, and physical testing equipment
  • Perform calibration and troubleshooting of basic instrument issues
• Compliance and Documentation:
  • Ensure ALCOA+ (Attributable, Legible, Contemporaneous, Original, Accurate) adherence in all shift activities
  • Document results in LIMS and maintain GDP (Good Documentation Practices)
  • Support OOS/OOT investigations and method validations
• Regulatory Support:
  • Prepare for USFDA/EU-GMP audits by ensuring data integrity
  • Follow 21CFR Part 11 for electronic records

Key Skills

• Proficiency in HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, Dissolution, and KF testing
• Knowledge of cGMP, GLP, GDP, and ALCOA+ principles
