📍 Location: Govandi East, Mumbai
📅 Working Days: 6 Days (2nd & 4th Saturday Off)
🕘 Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Rotational shifts as per department)
Key Responsibilities
1. Technology Transfer (Sterile Formulations) – Assistant Manager
- Execute process optimization, scale-up batches, and exhibit batches.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and QMS systems.
- Handle audits, SOP management, and review Method of Analysis (MOA) & Standard Analytical Procedures (SAP).
- Minitab experience is an added advantage.
2. Research Associate – DQA
- Review and approve Analytical Method Validations/Verifications.
- Handle regulatory deficiencies and draft responses.
- Manage E-Workbook (LNB), Trackwise digital, and Digital Signing.
- Review PM/calibration records and yearly schedules.
3. Research Analyst (Analytical Research Lab)
- Perform development/routine/stability analysis for batches.
- Ensure cGMP compliance and contribute to departmental goals.
- Manage analytical data reporting and resource allocation.
4. Research Analyst – GC
- Conduct GC analysis for method validations, transfers, and regulatory deficiencies.
- Manage data reporting and instrumentation expertise.
5. Apprentice (2 Positions)
- Support analytical research activities (fresh M.Sc./M.Pharm candidates).
Key Requirements
- Education: M.Pharm / M.Sc (Analytical Chemistry)
- Experience:
- Assistant Manager (Tech Transfer): 6-8 years in Sterile Formulations
- Research Associate (DQA): 5-7 years in Analytical QA
- Research Analyst (ARL): 3-5 years in Pharma R&D
- Research Analyst (GC): 2-4 years in GC instrumentation
- Apprentice: 0-1 year (Freshers eligible)
