Role & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of RM, PM, and FG warehouses for tablet/capsule formulations.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, and company SOPs.
- Oversee material handling, storage, issuance, and documentation per regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), and Production departments for seamless operations.
- Maintain inventory accuracy, prevent stock mismatches, and ensure FIFO/FEFO practices.
- Prepare and maintain records for material inward, issuance, and dispatch (e.g., GRN, RGP/NRGP).
- Support WHO-GMP audits with accurate documentation and compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- Qualification: Any Graduate / Postgraduate (e.g., B.Com, B.Sc., M.Sc., BBA, MBA)
- Experience: 2–5 years in a similar warehouse role in the pharmaceutical industry
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Hands-on experience in managing RM, PM, and FG warehouses for tablet/capsule formulations.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, GDP, and SOP compliance.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., ERP/SAP) and documentation (GRN, BMR).
- Familiarity with WHO-GMP audited facilities and QC coordination.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills with production and quality teams.
