- Qualifications: ITI, Diploma, B.Sc., B.Pharm, M.Pharm
- Experience: 1–6 years (0–6 years for FBP roles)
Areas of Work:
- Granulation: Operate and maintain granulation equipment (e.g., RMG, high shear mixers)
- Compression: Handle tablet compression machines (e.g., rotary tablet presses)
- Coating: Manage tablet coating processes (e.g., perforated pan coaters)
- Capsule Filling: Operate capsule filling machines for hard gelatin capsules
- Inspection: Perform visual inspection of tablets/capsules for quality assurance
- Fluid Bed Processing (FBP): Operate fluid bed processors for granulation, drying, and coating (open to freshers with ITI, Diploma, or B.Sc.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute production processes in compliance with cGMP and SOPs
- Perform equipment setup, operation, and cleaning
- Maintain batch records and documentation
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure quality standards
- Support scale-up and technology transfer activities
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience in OSD manufacturing (granulation, compression, coating, capsule filling, or FBP)
