Production
- Qualification: ITI, Diploma, B.Sc., B.Pharmacy
- Experience: 1-5 years
Job Description:
- Execute granulation, compression, coating, fluid bed processing (FBP), capsule filling, and inspection activities.
- Operate equipment per SOPs and ensure cGMP compliance.
- Maintain batch records (BMR/BPR) and perform line clearance.
Packing
- Qualification: ITI, Diploma, B.Sc., B.Pharmacy
- Experience: 1-5 years
Job Description:
- Manage bottle and blister packing operations for OSD formulations.
- Handle liquid manufacturing and filling processes.
- Ensure packing compliance with SOPs and maintain documentation.
Quality Control (QC)
- Qualification: B.Sc., M.Sc. (Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry), B.Pharmacy, M.Pharmacy
- Experience: 1-5 years
Job Description:
- Perform analysis using HPLC, GC, and other instruments, adhering to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Conduct raw material, in-process, and finished product testing.
- Support stability studies and prepare validation reports per 21 CFR Part 11.
In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA)
- Qualification: B.Pharmacy, M.Pharmacy, M.Sc.
- Experience: 1-5 years
Job Description:
- Conduct in-process checks, line clearance, and sampling during OSD manufacturing.
- Review BMR/BPR, manage QMS, and handle deviations or CAPA.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP and support regulatory audits.
