EHS – Shift Safety Role Details
We are seeking dedicated individuals for our EHS – Shift Safety team at our Harohalli facility. These roles are perfect for candidates with experience in safety management within chemical or pharmaceutical settings.
- Qualifications: Diploma or B.E. in Chemical Engineering, M.Sc. in Chemistry, or M.Tech in Chemical Engineering from recognized institutions.
- Experience: 1–2 years in a safety role, preferably in chemical manufacturing.
- Location: Harohalli Industrial Area, Phase-2, Kanakapura Taluk, Ramanagar District, Karnataka.
- Required Skills: Knowledge of safety regulations, risk assessment expertise, and strong communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with Factory Act, OSHA, EPA, and other safety regulations.
- Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
- Identify hazards in chemical handling and storage areas.
- Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees and contractors.
- Investigate incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain and update emergency response plans for chemical spills, fires, and other hazards.
