Position Overview
- Positions: Research Associate / Senior Research Associate (ARD & QC)
- Department: Analytical Research & Development (ARD) and Quality Control (QC)
- Location: Harohalli Unit III, Ramanagara, Karnataka
- Education: M.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry (other chemistry streams like Organic or Inorganic Chemistry also considered)
- Experience: 2–6 years in ARD or QC within a CRO or pharmaceutical setting
Key Responsibilities
Analytical Research & Development (ARD)
- Develop and validate analytical methods using HPLC, GC, LC-MS, and UV-Vis for small molecules.
- Perform stability studies, impurity profiling, and forced degradation studies.
- Prepare method development reports and validation protocols per ICH guidelines.
- Support process development teams with analytical data interpretation.
- Ensure compliance with GLP, cGMP, and data integrity standards.
Quality Control (QC)
- Conduct raw material, in-process, and finished product testing using HPLC, GC, and wet chemistry techniques.
- Calibrate and maintain analytical instruments per SOPs.
- Review analytical data, COAs, and test reports for accuracy.
- Handle OOS, OOT, and deviations, supporting CAPA implementation.
- Prepare documentation for USFDA, EMA, and other regulatory audits.
Skills and Competencies
- Proficiency in analytical techniques (HPLC, GC, LC-MS, UV-Vis).
- Knowledge of ICH Q2/Q3, GLP, cGMP, and data integrity principles.
- Experience with stability testing, method validation, or impurity profiling.
- Strong documentation skills for SOPs, STPs, and ELN.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and meet project deadlines.
- Immediate availability is a plus.
