Skills Required
- Expertise in solid-phase and solution-phase peptide synthesis.
- Proficiency in handling diverse resins for peptide synthesis.
- Experience with peptide modifications, including:
- Cyclization
- Disulfide bridge formation
- Stapling
- Derivatization
- Ability to work on mg-to-gm scale synthesis.
- Characterization of peptides using LCMS, HPLC, and NMR.
- Desirable: Experience with automated peptide synthesizers and peptide purification.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualification: Postdoctoral Research in Peptide Chemistry.
- Experience: 0–2 years in peptide synthesis.
