Scientific Manager/ Senior Scientific Manager

This leadership role is ideal for a seasoned scientist with a proven track record in managing synthesis teams. You will be instrumental in delivering on project goals and driving the success of our oligonucleotide programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the synthesis of crucial molecules like siRNA, ASOs, and aptamers.
• Utilize advanced techniques such as phosphoramidite solid-phase and solution-phase synthesis.
• Manage post-synthesis modifications, including conjugation and labeling.
• Lead and mentor a team of dedicated chemists.
• Troubleshoot complex synthesis and analytical challenges.

Research Associate/ Senior Research Associate

This position is perfect for a skilled scientist with hands-on experience in nucleic acid chemistry. You will be at the heart of our synthesis operations, contributing directly to the creation of life-changing therapies.

Core Duties:

• Synthesize a variety of oligonucleotides using automated platforms.
• Operate and maintain key laboratory equipment like MerMade and AKTA systems.
• Perform essential analytical testing using HPLC, LC-MS, and UV.
• Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of high-quality oligonucleotide batches.
• Maintain meticulous records to ensure data integrity.

Qualifications and Experience

Successful candidates will possess a strong foundation in chemistry or a related field, coupled with significant hands-on experience in oligonucleotide synthesis and analysis. A collaborative spirit and a commitment to quality are essential.
