Associate Scientist / Scientist
- Department: Chemistry Solutions – Synthesis
- Market: Drug Discovery / Pharma R&D
- Role: Synthetic Chemist (Advanced Modalities)
- Experience: 2–5 years post-doctoral research
- Education/Qualification: PhD + Overseas Post-Doc
Skills/Qualifications
- Expertise in PROTACs, peptides, nucleotides, oligonucleotides, ADCs, or lipids
- Strong knowledge of synthetic organic chemistry
- Experience in SPPS (solid-phase peptide synthesis)
- Oligonucleotide and phosphoramidite synthesis experience
- Lipid chemistry and PEGylation knowledge
- ADC linker chemistry and conjugation techniques
- PROTAC design, SAR analysis, and optimization
- Analytical and purification techniques proficiency
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Key Responsibilities
- Design and synthesize novel chemical entities (NCEs)
- Perform purification and characterization of compounds
