We are hiring for Research Associate, Senior Associate, and Associate Scientist positions in our Chemistry Department, focusing on Organic and Medicinal Chemistry. Below are the details:

Qualifications

  • Education: M.Sc in Organic Chemistry or Medicinal Chemistry
  • Experience: 2-10 years of relevant experience in the CRO industry
  • Preferred Candidates: Candidates with experience in Contract Research Organizations (CROs) only

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and execute reactions for the synthesis of target molecules/compounds.
  • Ensure safety at work through strict adherence to good laboratory practices (GLP).
  • Maintain accurate records, ensuring data integrity and compliance with intellectual property (IP) specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support drug discovery and development projects.

Required Skills

  • Expertise in organic/medicinal chemistry synthesis and reaction optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of GLP, cGMP, and IP protocols in a CRO environment.
  • Proficiency in analytical techniques (e.g., HPLC, NMR, LC-MS) for compound characterization.
  • Ability to maintain data integrity and documentation per regulatory standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills.
