Qualification:
- Degree: Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry or a Ph.D. with Post Doc.
Experience:
- 2-10 years of relevant experience in Medicinal/Synthetic Chemistry within the CRO industry.
Skills Required:
- Leading 5-15 FTEs and client interfacing experience is mandatory.
- Provide scientific guidance to team members for effective project delivery.
- Effective resource and cost management.
- Monitor and review project progress to ensure adherence to quality standards and timelines.
- Ensure compliance and train team members on technical attributes and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular scientific review meetings with the team.
