Senior Research Associate / Associate Scientist
- Department: Synthesis R&D
- Role: Execute and optimize chemical syntheses for client needs
- Experience: 3-7 Years
- Education/Qualification: M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry or Medicinal Chemistry
Skills/Qualifications
- Proficiency in executing chemical reactions on mg to gm scale
- Strong knowledge of purification techniques and analytical tools like NMR and LCMS
- Experience with automated synthesizers and purification systems (desirable)
- Expertise in Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) documentation
- Commitment to laboratory safety and good practices
- Solid understanding of data integrity and IP compliance
Key Responsibilities
- Synthesize molecules using efficient routes and techniques
- Enforce safety through good lab practices daily
- Maintain accurate records for data integrity
- Purify compounds and interpret NMR, LCMS results
