Open Positions

Senior Research Associate / Associate Scientist
Department: Synthesis R&D
Qualification: M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry / Medicinal Chemistry
Experience: 3–8 years in relevant research areas

Key Responsibilities

Execute chemical reactions (mg to gm scale) to synthesize required molecules/compounds according to client specifications.
Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and enforce safety protocols daily.
Maintain research records, uphold data integrity, and adhere to IP specifications.
Perform compound purification and interpret analytical data using techniques such as NMR and LCMS.
Experience in automated synthesizers and purification systems is highly desirable.
Proficiency in writing and maintaining Electronic Lab Notebooks (ELN).

Desired Skills

Strong background in organic synthesis with a focus on efficiency and innovative routes.
Practical knowledge of advanced analytical instrumentation.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in collaborative research environments.
