Job Responsibilities
Sales Management & Strategy
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to ensure consistent achievement of goals.
- Provide detailed sales reports to upper management, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular training sessions to improve team skills, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
- Set clear performance targets and ensure the team is equipped to achieve them.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
- Address customer concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs and competitive landscape.
Market Analysis & Reporting
- Leverage data to adapt strategies and meet business objectives.
- Provide actionable insights based on product performance and market conditions.
