The Role: Territory Manager – Retail Sales

We are hiring for the position of Territory Manager for Retail Sales. This role is crucial for strengthening our market presence and driving sales across key territories in Gujarat. You will be at the forefront of our business expansion.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Sales & Demand Generation: Drive sales targets and create demand for our products within your assigned territory.
• User & Retailer Management: Build strong relationships with users and manage our network of retailers effectively.
• Brand Building: Implement strategies to enhance brand visibility and equity in the market.
• Receivables Management: Ensure the timely collection of payments to maintain healthy cash flow.

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking candidates who have a proven track record in sales and a drive to succeed. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Graduate or MBA
• Experience: 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in retail sales.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills are essential for this role.
