Key Responsibilities
- Design and synthesize complex drug linkers and ADC payloads
- Characterize molecules using HPLC, LC-MS, and NMR
- Apply structure-based drug design principles for linker development
- Mentor team members to foster scientific growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (chemistry, biology, pharmacology, DMPK)
- Maintain accurate documentation in laboratory notebooks (LNB)
- Ensure compliance with Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) standards
Desired Profile
- Hands-on experience in linker-payload synthesis for ADCs
- Strong knowledge of linker chemistry and ADC advancements
- Proficiency in analytical techniques (HPLC, LC-MS, NMR)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary, collaborative environment
